Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer in the United States. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and implement high-performance distributed systems that power next-generation blockchain infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement novel approaches to block building and validator consensus optimization.
• Develop high-performance systems for processing, analyzing, and monitoring on-chain data.
• Optimize infrastructure and Solana core components to reduce latency and increase throughput.
• Build tools and frameworks to improve network efficiency, observability, and reliability.
• Contribute to MEV and trading infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, root-cause, and resolve complex system-level issues with rigor and precision.
• Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team to define technical direction and shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems-level programming experience in Rust, C, or C++.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, operating systems, embedded systems, or HFT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize complex infrastructure systems.
• Passion for high-performance computing, decentralized finance, and blockchain technology.
• Clear and concise communication skills for collaborative problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with high ownership, strong agency, and a results-driven mindset.
