Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Engineer in the United States. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing core software applications, ensuring system integrity, and delivering high-quality support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and support core applications to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating unresolved items to development teams promptly.
  • Ensure integration and data integrity across core and ancillary systems to minimize business risk.
  • Manage monitoring dashboards (APM) and provide recommendations based on trends and performance metrics.
  • Develop automation tools and solutions to improve operational efficiency and ROI.
  • Serve as a technical resource for installing, supporting, and maintaining vendor and proprietary software applications.
  • Collaborate with development and IT leadership to identify system improvements and implement best practices.
  • Provide training, documentation, and guidance for internal teams to maximize software usage.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software or web application support.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Proficiency with .NET technologies (C#.Net, ASP.Net, MVC, LINQ), Visual Studio, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON.
  • Database experience: SQL Server 2005/2008 and related querying skills.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks (Node.js, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Web Services and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
