Job Summary

We are currently looking for an Algorithm Developer in Europe. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize advanced machine learning and computer vision algorithms that transform livestock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end computer vision and machine learning solutions for livestock monitoring and growth optimization.
• Build deep learning models using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Define and manage data collection, preprocessing, and annotation processes for robust model training and validation.
• Integrate algorithms into production systems, collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Research and apply the latest computer vision and machine learning techniques to improve system performance and capabilities.
• Ensure algorithms are scalable, reliable, and maintainable within production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Strong understanding of classical image processing and modern computer vision methods.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
