Job Summary

This role provides advanced Tier 2 technical support and desktop application assistance across multiple locations, including corporate offices, home offices, and customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Tier 2 technical support for desktops, software, and peripheral devices across diverse locations.
  • Respond to support requests via in-person, remote, and digital channels, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build, rebuild, and maintain workstations, install operating systems, software, and patches, and protect against malware.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and workspace technology environments.
  • Recommend hardware and software standardization and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide support for specialized executive/VIP technology needs.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with networking, workspace technologies, and VoIP phone provisioning.
  • Experience with remote management tools, Microsoft Active Directory, group policies, Exchange, Office 365, MacOS, iOS, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, deliver training, and support complex technical issues.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
  • U.S. work authorization required; must demonstrate reliability, composure, and professionalism under stress.
