Job Summary
The CIB Credit Summer Analyst program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an immersive orientation and rigorous technical training program focused on building a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting and valuation skills.
- Assist in structuring new credit transactions.
- Prepare client presentations and credit applications, providing support related to client development, and supporting transaction execution.
- Conduct appropriate market, industry, and client research and risk analysis.
- Assist Loan Syndications in preparing materials and providing information to lenders in the syndicate.
- Communicate and defend credit analyses to internal stakeholders following detailed review of changing market conditions, macroeconomic trends, and company-specific risks.
Requirements
