Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Change Management Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting and executing change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives, and minimizing resistance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems, and develop strategies to address potential challenges.
- Communication Planning and Execution: Implement comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
- Training Development and Delivery: Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to promote change initiatives and foster a culture of adaptability.
- Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts and encourage adoption.
- Change Measurement and Reporting: Establish and ensure the gathering of metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Policy and Procedure Integration: Support the integration of new policies, standards, and procedures into existing frameworks to align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitation of Workshops and Meetings: Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings.
Requirements
- Change Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of change management principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels and crafting clear, concise messages.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess change impacts, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Project Management: Solid organisational and project management skills to support change initiatives to successful completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
