Job Summary

The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts within the DACH region and broader EMEA markets. This role offers an opportunity to engage with high-profile clients, deliver tailored solutions, and influence business outcomes at a large scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of targeted enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full customer journey, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with sales development representatives and other internal teams to maximize account penetration and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in mid-market or enterprise sales.
  • Proven success in developing greenfield territories and driving net new business.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships and expanding account footprints across the DACH region and other European markets.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (native or fluent) and English (fluent).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
