Job Summary
The Account Executive is the ultimate brand ambassador for Green Thumb’s brands and responsible for mining sales opportunities, building and setting up new relationships with our customers with the respective states’ dispensaries and promoting our products to ultimately generate sales and increase Green Thumb’s market share in that state.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a sales expert to all dispensary locations.
- Maximize sales through effective planning and order-writing.
- Support and complete incidental activities such as merchandising, shelving, and pricing.
- Educate and engage customers to increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and innovative.
- Ability to work independently or among teams.
- Must understand and comply with cannabis laws and regulations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass any required background checks.
