Key Responsibilities

  • Become the business process and subject matter expert for various business processes to help with quota issuance and resource allocation.
  • Support the go-for-growth (G4G) planning for Account Success.
  • Provide business process oversight and governance to related programs.
  • Ensure user attributes are accurate for accurate quota issuance.
  • Involved in headcount allocation process, providing analytics, data loading, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership in Account Success and across the Programs, Ops & Tech team.
