Job Summary
Position: Assistant Soft Service Manager, Gurgaon Business: Property and Asset Management, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all activities related to housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture.
- Understand and help resolve all client concerns related to Soft Services.
- Manage cleaning services, focusing on common areas.
- Create work plans/schedules, inspect, and assign cleaning/maintenance work to subordinate teams.
- Establish and implement operational standards and procedures for the departments supervised.
- Maintain required records of budget and other information.
- Order new equipment, supplies, or furnishings as required.
- Prepare reports like DMR, MMR, QBR (quarterly business review) and other related reports at site.
- Manage vendor personnel for assigned units (vendor contracts, compliance, attendance etc).
- Ensure employees’ growth by engaging them in periodic trainings and skill enhancement.
Requirements
- Experience in managing cleaning services and janitorial operations.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, maintenance & repair of equipment, waste management, and hygiene & sanitation standards.
- Ability to maintain discipline at site with proper attire and etiquette in the staff supervised.
