Job Summary

The Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene, Oregon, is hiring a Judicial Support Business Process Analyst (Analyst 2). In this role, you will work with our Judicial Support Supervisors to develop and document business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training modules about court business processes that will be delivered in person, online, and asynchronously.
  • Deliver training about court business processes, courtroom technology, and using online publications.
  • Maintain online libraries of training materials, keep training logs, and provide status reports to management.
  • Help the supervisors analyze statewide business processes and new legislation to identify training needs.
  • Analyze how changes to legislation and policies could affect our court and business processes.
  • Develop, test, and implement revised or new business processes.
  • Coordinate moderately complex projects using project plans, milestone tracking, and resource analysis.
  • Provide administrative support, including facilitating onboarding for new employees, creating systems accounts, and updating distribution lists.
