Job Summary
As an Assistant Project Lead in Project and Development Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success by working closely with project managers. You will take ownership of small projects and support larger ones, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organisational structure for each project, ensuring streamlined reporting and communication.
- Attend project meetings and create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
- Forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying their needs and balancing them with JLL’s business needs.
- Manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt.
- Oversee professional consultants for project design and documentation.
- Carry out contract administration of all vendors in accordance with legal requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
