Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals and providing feedback.
• Participate in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and other orders are processed timely.
• Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining the store building and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
