Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Director, Event Marketing to lead EMEA’s regional event initiatives. This role offers full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing events that drive pipeline, revenue influence, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and govern the EMEA event strategy, prioritizing programs that drive pipeline, account penetration, and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute owned, sponsored, partner, and executive experience events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor management, attendee acquisition, and onsite leadership.
  • Align cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to optimize pre-, during-, and post-event motions, including lead capture and follow-up.
  • Monitor and report KPIs, including pipeline contribution, revenue influence, deal acceleration, and ROI, and lead post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with channel and ISV teams to execute co-marketing programs, roadshows, and partner summits.
  • Ensure regional localization, GDPR compliance, and cultural relevance across all event programs.
  • Oversee budget management, forecasting, and procurement workflows, ensuring cost-effective, high-ROI execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience (SaaS preferred), with a proven track record in multi-country, high-impact programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex event portfolios, with excellent stakeholder influence and executive communication skills.
  • Expertise in event strategy, experience design, operations, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency with CRM, MAP, ABM, sales enablement, and event technology platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, WordPress, Plannuh, ZIP, ChatGPT).
  • Strong understanding of marketing, product, and customer engagement, with ability to translate insights into compelling event narratives.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Dutch, CEE languages) are a plus.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple high-stakes programs concurrently.
