Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly motivated Associate Manager of Community & Member Engagement to help us bring Member Love to life across social and community channels. You’ll be on the front lines with our members—engaging them on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit, helping them feel supported, celebrated, and closer to love.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily member engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Respond to member stories and posts in ways that feel warm, authentic, and consistent with Bumble’s voice.
- Surface moments for Surprise & Delight that show members they’re truly seen.
- Help execute our gifting program, from identifying moments to coordinating logistics.
- Track, log, and measure impact of outreach efforts, capturing reactions, shares, and stories.
- Help coordinate programming, outreach, and follow-ups to our members.
- Support documentation of key insights with cross-functional teams to inform roadmaps and campaigns.
- Identify stories, posts, and feedback worth amplifying across Bumble’s owned and earned channels.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure authentic member stories fuel campaigns, PR, and social.
- Track emerging member conversations, themes, and cultural trends across platforms.
- Provide weekly insight snapshots that keep our teams close to the voice of the member.
- Collaborate with Product, CX, and Marketing partners to make sure member engagement is prioritized.
