The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ. This team governs global enterprise requirements surrounding the issuance and production of company credentials, including supporting the development, management, and sustainment of proprietary software and hardware used to manage these systems.

Job Summary

As an Associate Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist, you will provide administrative support for the Enterprise Badging Office and collaborate with various teams to enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Enterprise Badging Office
• Review, validate and process United States (US) Export Control Compliance verification requests
• Process badge requests, fabricate and ship badges to global locations
• Develop and deliver operational metrics and process documentation, presentations and training materials
• Work with peers, customers and business partners to process requests and implement solutions
• Function as a liaison between customers and other company and external organizations
• Provide operational guidance and technical support for functionality and operations processes
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams for development and improvement activities
• Resolve problems and implement improvement processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• 1+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments
• 1+ years of experience communicating, writing and briefing to all levels of staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
