Job Summary

We are currently looking for a BI Data Analyst. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business insights. You will leverage advanced SQL and Python skills to interpret large-scale datasets, transforming complex data patterns into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from various sources and prepare it for further analysis
• Analyze data using statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Create dashboards for continuous monitoring of metrics and analysis of current processes
• Develop informative visualizations, graphs, and charts to clarify complex data
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to assist management in decision-making
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and increase efficiency through data analysis
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced product-led environment
• Strong command of applied statistics and quantitative methodologies
• Proven experience in developing complex interactive dashboards focused on product health and user behavior
• High proficiency in SQL, including writing complex and optimized queries
• Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience in developing automation tools to streamline analytical tasks and workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI
• Upper-Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B2)
