About the Role

As Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of shaping smarter, faster, and more customer-focused ways of working. You’ll dive into our business model, uncover opportunities for impact, and turn insights into action. Working across teams from Product to Finance, you’ll connect strategy with execution, champion data-driven decisions, and help drive meaningful change.

What You’ll Do

  • Rapidly develop a deep understanding of Brighte’s business model, lending operations, and cross-functional processes.
  • Proactively identify and explore new use cases and opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and deliver value to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to gather requirements, develop business cases, and define priorities.
  • Conduct first-line commercial and data analysis to evaluate business impact, viability, and ROI for potential initiatives.
  • Formulate comprehensive scope documentation and a prioritised development pipeline to guide management decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and helping teams adapt effectively to change.
  • Communicate insights and updates clearly across multiple levels of the organisation, influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a financial services, lending, or operations context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • You bring proven experience leading cross-functional scoping and requirements processes for complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in business case formulation, prioritisation, and ROI assessment.
  • You are a skilled communicator, facilitator and bring strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to build credibility and alignment across diverse teams.
