Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within JLL’s Projects and Development Services (PDS) division. This role focuses on expanding our project management, development consulting, and advisory services across diverse real estate sectors while building strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PDS services including project management, development consulting, and advisory services
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for new business pitches
- Lead RFP responses and client presentations for major project opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at corporations, developers, institutional investors, and public sector clients
- Serve as trusted advisor on complex real estate development and project management needs
- Manage existing client relationships to identify expansion opportunities and additional service lines
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and project success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and client needs
- Analyze project pipeline data and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and geographic markets
- Collaborate with PDS leadership to enhance and expand service offerings
- Identify opportunities for innovative project delivery methods and technologies
- Support development of new service capabilities based on market demand
- Contribute to thought leadership and marketing initiatives
- Partner with other JLL business lines (Capital Markets, Leasing, Property Management) for integrated client solutions
- Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Coordinate with marketing teams on proposal development and client communications
- Support knowledge sharing across regional PDS teams
