Job Summary

The Car Wash Assistant Manager 2 is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards at the car wash.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff on customer service and operational procedures.
• Perform shift supervision and assume Site Manager responsibilities as needed.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Report incidents to the Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Experience

• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience in a Big box environment or auto industry is preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Must be able to work in damp and humid conditions.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Working Environment

• Typical outdoor car wash environment.
• Noise level can be excessively loud; hearing protection required.
