Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and creative Change Enablement Manager to support our Canada CIO and the broader Canada Technology team. This role will be responsible for building and accomplishing coordinated change enablement strategies that support the visibility, engagement, and business goals of Canadian Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal change enablement strategy aligned with Canada Technology priorities.
• Translate complex business strategies and programs into clear, inspiring narratives that resonate with diverse internal audiences.
• Support the planning, development, and deployment of communications that facilitate strategy execution and change management.
• Work with partners to craft communications that clearly articulate the value that the Canadian Technology team is providing to the business.
• Partner closely with the Canada CIO to shape and deliver key messages, presentations, and change artifacts.
• Lead the planning and execution of quarterly Canada Technology Townhalls, Director+ forums, and other internal events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners across the Segment to gather insights and share relevant information.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change enablement, corporate communications, or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop engaging stories that include both quantitative and qualitative data while simplifying complex information.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach, creative thinking, and openness to innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference for individuals with exceptional degree of business sense in IT function.
