Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer retention and revenue growth by engaging with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, including industry executives.
  • Own customer communication on behalf of the partner company.
  • Retain and document detailed knowledge of customers’ business and notable changes.
  • Maintain a database and communicate important customer information.
  • Lead and manage preparations for client meetings, including on-site visits.
  • Achieve established standards for customer portfolio retention.
  • Proactively review customer accounts for upselling opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs to ensure high-quality service and communication.
  • Work with Customer Success teams on escalated customer issues.
  • Notify the Product team of priority enhancement requests for customer retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in the food service or SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with CRM, Jira, and Customer Service Software.
  • Ability to travel overnight a few nights per month.
