Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will manage all aspects of specific sponsored plans, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, and contribute to increased profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of periodic processing events
- Apply operational best practices to meet specific client needs
- Enhance service delivery while managing risk and improving quality
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external support teams
- Participate actively in sponsor calls and meetings
- Support on-site sales opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong customer service experience and skills
- Experience managing sensitive and key clients
