Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager 1 to lead and coordinate construction and remodel projects across the agency. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with OYA’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from planning through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contract administration.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Provide thorough inspection services to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with agency staff, contractors, architects, and engineers.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Architecture, Planning, or Engineering AND one year experience related to the class series concept; OR
- An Associate Degree in Architectural, Engineering or Construction technology AND 30 months experience related to the class series concept; OR
- Four years of experience related to the class series concept.

- Driver’s license required: Driving is an essential function of this position.
