Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Conversion Analyst – Digital Banking in the United States. This role is responsible for leading digital banking conversions and supporting community banks through the implementation of advanced banking applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in digital banking conversion, merger, and acquisition projects to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Provide support to customers for questions, incidents, and issues related to digital banking applications.
- Conduct customer training on digital banking software and assist with new feature rollouts.
- Manage service request queues, evaluating and prioritizing requests via phone, email, or other channels.
- Accurately assess customer needs, documenting actions taken and resolutions in a central system.
- Analyze service requests to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and support implementation activities.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
- 5+ years of direct client support experience.
- Experience with Fiserv Premier Deposit software or similar banking applications preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams, with occasional travel (25–40%).
