Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Conversion Analyst to support digital banking transformations for a network of community banks. In this role, you will lead digital banking conversion projects, provide direct client support, and ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital banking conversion projects for community bank clients, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and training for digital banking applications via phone, email, and virtual sessions.
  • Log, track, and document client service requests, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze service requests to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and implement software updates.
  • Manage multiple conversion projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards are met.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs related to digital banking services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support, ideally in financial services or digital banking.
  • Familiarity with Fiserv Premier Deposit software or similar digital banking platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel 25–40% for conversion projects and occasional visits to headquarters.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds as needed.
