Job Summary

The Coordinator, AU Cornerstone is primarily responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of the AU Cornerstone Program. This includes, but is not limited to, planning and executing a variety of programs and social, academic, and developmental events for prospective and current students, and coordinating all aspects of the AU Cornerstone program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the academic components of the AU Cornerstone Program, ensuring alignment between coursework and experiential learning.
  • Collaborates with faculty to support the Gateway to Greece course and the Internship Practicum.
  • Assists with course logistics, student engagement, and academic success initiatives.
  • Oversees grade and conduct coordination, tracks student progress, and ensures academic policies and procedures are communicated effectively.
  • Assists with program assessment and evaluation by gathering and analyzing academic and student success data.
  • Advises students on career exploration, professional development, and goal-setting.
  • Supports students in identifying and securing internships, including resume development and interview preparation.
  • Coordinates career-related programming in collaboration with the Career Center and other campus partners.
  • Connects students with alumni and professionals relevant to their career interests.
  • Organizes workshops and employer engagement opportunities that align with student career aspirations.

Requirements

  • Experience in academic advising or student support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
