Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Crisis Anticipation Analyst (f/m) to join our Crisis Management Anticipation’s team based in Toulouse, France. Within Airbus, the Enterprise Crisis Management is part of the Corporate Security department, a transnational organization based in France, UK, Germany and Spain, with a direct link to our global infrastructure and sites (e.g. North America, India, China, Asia …). Our department includes around 300 employees and is in charge of the protection of people, products and systems. The Enterprise Crisis Management has a key role to play in the Airbus’ resilience chain and in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment fostering crises.

Job Summary

As a Crisis Anticipation Analyst, you will join a core team responsible for enterprise-level crisis foresight at Airbus. Your primary focus will be to develop and drive projects dedicated to anticipating and preparing for emerging situations that may escalate into crises.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively support the Security Intelligence Room project which monitors, detects, and assesses potential impacts to an international group of over 130,000 employees.
• Ensure our global network is prepared for any potential activation.
• Leverage and build expertise in project management, open source intelligence fundamentals, crisis preparedness, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Support the development and execution of crisis anticipation projects, focusing on the proactive preparedness of our crisis management network (e.g: ransomware, extreme weather impacts, lessons learned, triggers definition).
• Prepare proactive and ad hoc deliverables leveraging OSINT techniques for our stakeholder network.
