Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing sales and inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handles cash and processes sales accurately.
• Maintains store cleanliness and equipment condition.
• Completes merchandising tasks and manages inventory levels.
• Reports incidents and maintains security controls.
• Keeps accurate records of shift paperwork and inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
