Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager. In this dynamic advisory position, you will lead the way in enhancing customer experience through innovative AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage customer health through intentional and outcome-driven engagement.
  • Drive product adoption acceleration and articulate clear ROI to customers.
  • Strengthen relationships and provide tailored advice on product fit and configuration.
  • Deliver outcome-driven engagement across the customer journey.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic engagement.
  • Use analytical insights to interpret customer data and health metrics.
  • Build strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor to facilitate long-term success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience.
  • Background in go-to-customer/GTM roles within enterprise technology/SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience in driving adoption of SaaS or AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight) and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent program/project management and multitasking skills.
