Job Summary

We are currently looking for a CyberArk Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be critical in supporting Identity and Access Management and Hosting Services. Your work will involve securing privileged access to critical systems and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system requirements for CyberArk production implementation.
• Deploy, configure, and implement CyberArk components.
• Design and implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions.
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory for automated management.
• Develop advanced PowerShell scripts for CyberArk administrative tasks.
• Manage PIM policies within CyberArk for compliance.
• Integrate RSA Secured ID using native Radius authentication.
• Troubleshoot failed account verifications and password changes.
• Manage user and group privileges in Active Directory through CyberArk.
• Support the building of secure IAM environments.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for ticket management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
• 5+ years of CyberArk experience.
• Experience with installing and troubleshooting CyberArk components.
• Hands-on CyberArk upgrade or migration experience.
• Knowledge of CyberArk setup for RDP and SSH sessions.
• Understanding of CyberArk related firewall/network configurations.
• Experience analyzing CyberArk logs for troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and RHEL Linux.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting (2+ years).
• Experience working on ServiceNow tickets.
