Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Remote Data Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop complex reports and analyze critical data that influences decision-making at various levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, complex, and accurate information reports.
• Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and benchmarking.
• Communicate data findings directly to senior management.
• Analyze and provide feedback on company or client-specific information needs.
• Deliver complex data analysis to meet specific client or program needs.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to dedicated analysts in multiple locations.
• Deliver training and data analysis education for program staff.

Requirements

• Six (6) years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in an insurance-related field and one (1) year of statistical analysis is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Snowflake, and Hex.
