Job Summary

As our Data Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for managing the data ingestion process, from client delivery to system integration, in order to support new clients for R1.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complex client implementations from a data perspective – acquiring, importing, validating data and preparing proprietary systems and platforms ready for go-live.
• Manage the relationship between client IT to collaboratively work towards data that meets data specifications.
• Apply a deep understanding of healthcare data to solve problems for internal and external stakeholders.
• Data research and analysis – writing queries, analyzing results, identifying trends.
• Create reports around system performance (rules engine), client data trends and other business needs.
• Communicate/present research results to non-technical stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Serve as a technical mentor to Data Operation Analysts on the team.

Requirements

• SQL (or similar) and SSIS mastery.
• Experience managing data pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and master new tools and processes.
• Ability to identify problems and ideate on how to improve/fix issues impacting the team and/or clients.
• Detail oriented, organized, exercise good judgement, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work.
• Ability to partner and collaborate closely with both internal and external project/operational stakeholders and provide excellent communication to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and teams.
