Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Data Program Manager in the United States. As a Data Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance data-driven operations and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution for data-driven and technical initiatives, ensuring projects launch smoothly and on schedule.
- Serve as a point of accountability for launch readiness, identifying blockers and facilitating clear communication across teams.
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure technology solutions support patient outcomes and operational goals.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities, improve workflows, and implement new features.
- Support Business Development by evaluating emerging opportunities, estimating technical effort, and assessing business impact.
- Document processes, develop playbooks, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles managing complex programs and stakeholders.
- 4–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical implementation, or project management (payer, provider, or health tech).
- Strong program and project management skills, able to create structure from ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of care delivery systems, EHR integration, and data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex operational and technical requirements into actionable steps.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and drive cross-functional execution.
