This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex, large-scale programs across multiple regions, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year programs, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies depending on client needs
• Define, monitor, and protect program scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify and implement creative solutions to delivery challenges and ensure continuous improvement
• Establish and enforce program standards, governance models, and KPIs to maintain predictable, high-quality outcomes
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and chair steering committees
• Oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate ceremonies, and maintain essential documentation (RAID logs, RACI matrices, Gantt charts)
• Proactively manage risks and remove roadblocks, ensuring team autonomy, empowerment, and high client satisfaction
• Provide coaching and mentorship to delivery teams to enhance delivery capabilities and adoption of best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading complex programs, ideally in data warehouse migration, analytics, or AI projects
• Consulting background or extensive experience delivering bespoke client projects
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, including US-based clients preferred
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, software engineering concepts, and data delivery principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility to engage C-level executives
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously, including fixed cost and T&M engagements
• Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, change management, and analytical skills
• Servant leadership mindset with a collaborative, positive, and proactive approach
• Fluency in English required

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni)
• Experience leading data warehousing or analytics migrations
