Job Summary

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Prepares a demonstration of a product for the customers in the store. Offers customers samples of the product, explains the product and makes suggestions for preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner.
• Assists customers by escorting them to the products they’re looking for, securing products that are out of reach, and making note of customer suggestions.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service to customers who call.
• Prepares product for sampling and offers samples to customers.
• Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
• Stocks supplies needed for demonstration and assists in other areas of the store as needed.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent experience.
• Less than six months of similar or related work experience.
• Must be physically able to perform light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
