Job Summary
Maintain responsibility for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure DevSecOps pipelines to ensure the secure deployment of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and optimization of DevSecOps pipelines that integrate security into every stage of the software development lifecycle, from code creation to deployment.
- Recommend resources that will help the client manage and securely adopt containers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with software development, including DevSecOps and secure deployment of applications.
- 3+ years of experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security principles and practices, including secure coding and vulnerability scanning.
- Ability to work with cloud-native security and serverless computing.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8140 IAT II Certification, such as Security+ Certification, within 30 days of start date.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
- DevSecOps Foundation or Certified DevSecOps Engineer Certification.
