Job Summary

Digital Business Systems Analyst. Sterling Jewelers Inc. Akron, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Document, develop, and test IT system requirements.
• Liaise between business and delivery units and coordinate end to end testing on bug fixes and IT system enhancements.
• Partnering with the IT Product Owner and tech teams to determine system implications of the business requirements.
• Authoring technical stories and sub-tasks in JIRA.

Requirements

• Need MS degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT discipline (or foreign equiv.).
• Need 18 mos. experience as Business Systems Analyst, Software Analyst or related role supporting IT delivery.
• Need 18 mos. experience gathering and analyzing business processes and requirements and then recommending solutions with IT technology and translating business requirements into software requirements.
• Need 18 mos. exp. using JIRA and Confluence.
