Job Summary
As a Growth Marketing leader on the Agent Marketing team, you’ll help real estate agents unlock the full value of Zillow’s products and services so they can grow their businesses with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth engine by designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Build and scale an advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) practice.
- Drive post-acquisition adoption and expansion campaigns.
- Develop and manage key performance metrics across acquisition funnel and customer engagement journey.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on strategic account B2B acquisition & adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
