Job Summary

The Director, Corporate Real Estate, oversees Samsung’s Corporate Real Estate portfolio and leads design, construction, and project management for workspace expansion across the U.S. This role manages the full lifecycle of new location development—from site selection through lease execution—while driving strategies aligned with growth plans, brand standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • National Real Estate Portfolio Management – Oversee 1,000,000+ SF across 60+ corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, and retail locations to optimize performance, operational efficiency, and long-term value.
  • Site Selection & Expansion Strategy – Lead market assessments, site selection, due diligence, and permitting; develop strategies to accelerate growth and optimize location strategy.
  • Lead Negotiation & Approval Governance – Negotiate lease terms and conditions for new sites and renewals; oversee financial analysis, deal review processes, and executive-level approvals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & External Partnerships – Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and analytics partners to support portfolio growth and operational objectives.
  • Design Strategy & Project Delivery Oversight – Direct design standards, manage construction and renovation projects, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand and enterprise goals.
  • Performance Management & Team Development – Based on Post Occupancy performance reports, develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement; train and develop CRE managers to strengthen organizational capability.
