Job Summary

The Director, Educational Strategy will lead the design and execution of educational initiatives that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall educational strategy for the business unit, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve healthcare professional competence and confidence.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with top accounts, supporters, and partners to achieve funding and education goals.
  • Lead grant-supported initiatives, ensuring achievement of financial objectives and industry-standard win rates.
  • Integrate insights from research, patient management practices, and supporter interests to design high-impact educational programs.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to inform strategy and program development.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and alignment with organizational mission.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or managing grant/educational funding of $5M+.
  • In-depth knowledge of ACCME, ACPE, ANCC, Joint Accreditation, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven project management, time management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in decentralized, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, goal-setting, performance management, and fostering top talent.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for conferences, meetings, and educational events.
  • Proficiency with internet-based educational tools and technology platforms.
