Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Director of Customer Relations (Power) in the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Customer Relations to lead and strengthen relationships with power provider clients across the western region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at power provider organizations.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, anticipate potential challenges, and deliver exceptional service to exceed expectations.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the customer base and increase revenue within the assigned region.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the power industry, with a solid understanding of technology, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
