Job Summary
This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize the sales operations function for a fast-growing SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate sales pipeline management, forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Analyze the sales funnel to standardize KPIs, track historical metrics, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and maintain process quality, accuracy, and consistency across the sales organization.
- Identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Own and optimize CRM and sales technology stack, including system improvements, automation, integrations, and data governance.
- Partner with Marketing on lead flow, attribution, and ROI; with Finance on revenue planning; and with Customer Success on renewals and retention metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS company.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM; experience with additional sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational scalability in a fast-paced environment.
