Job Summary

What this job involves:

• Oversee the end to end management of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare, review and finalize tender documentation for building services projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and procurement standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and school stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations (REW A / B License requirements) and sustainability best practices.

Requirements

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building services engineering.
• REW A/B license holder is a must.
• Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems and sustainability practices.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
