WVU Medicine is excited to offer an opportunity for the position of Enterprise Director 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, guidance, and oversight of all aspects of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across all Enterprise 340B Covered Entities.

Job Summary

This position serves as the 340B subject matter expert and is responsible for planning, direction, operational coordination, and efficient application of compliance and business/financial initiatives as it relates to the 340B Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and advocacy for all 340B Program regulatory matters including HRSA requirements, state, federal regulations, and manufacturer restrictions.
• Ensure 340B Program integrity.
• In partnership with the Chief Pharmacy Officer, provide leadership and guidance for 340B Program financial matters.
• Oversee 340B financial services, business analytics, budgeting, compliant billing, and contract pharmacy analysis.

Requirements

• Must possess a current license as required by the state board where services will be provided or be license eligible.
• Obtain 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) status within 12 months of hire.
• Experience in health-system pharmacy administration or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration, Master of Health Administration, or related fields.
• Board Certification in a pharmacy specialty.
