The Boeing Company’s Production Engineering Core Business Integration organization is seeking an Experienced Employee Development Specialist to join the team.

Job Summary

This position will be located in Everett, WA. In this role, you will support Production Engineering University by partnering with subject matter experts to improve training through the development of learning content and by helping to develop and execute onboarding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and asset inventories to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Define learning objectives, establish learning strategies and architectures, and set project scope.
  • Design and develop course content, instructional materials, and assessments aligned to objectives.
  • Test delivery environments, establish system access requirements, and support learner access across modalities (classroom, virtual, LMS).
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; collect, analyze, and synthesize evaluation data to report business impact.
  • Consult with business partners and subject matter experts to plan, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
  • Ensure learning content and delivery comply with applicable regulations and Boeing policies (e.g., FAA, OSHA).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing course content and instructional materials in a variety of virtual and in-person formats.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding.
  • 2+ years of experience with learning data and learning management systems (LMS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.
  • 2+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills.
