Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers in identifying and sourcing correct parts
• Accurately process parts orders, invoices, and returns
• Maintain inventory control, stocking, and bin accuracy
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
• Utilize DMS to research parts availability and pricing
• Ensure timely fulfillment of special orders
• Follow manufacturer and company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of dealership parts experience required
• Hyundai or import brand experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of parts catalogs and DMS systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude
