Job Summary

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
  • Communicate effectively between customer and technician.

Required Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to type efficiently for entering repair orders.
  • Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
