Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing global initiative to provide centralised monitoring and incident control across a broad spectrum of sites and engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with the local regional site teams to deliver the best facility management services possible.
- Support the incident controller to ensure system settings are available and maintain close contact with the site team.
- Provide monitoring and health checking of operating systems across the globe.
- Respond to alarms and perform first line remote fixes.
- Manage escalations and incidents effectively.
- Organise daily operations at designated sites.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in process engineering or BMS control systems.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift pattern (Day/Night).
- Strong organisational skills and emotional intelligence.
