Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of water purification equipment.
  • Supervise installations, commissioning, and operational setup at customer locations.
  • Provide classroom and hands-on training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Adjust equipment settings to meet technical specifications and optimize performance.
  • Identify value-added service opportunities and propose proactive solutions.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage travel logistics, maintain expense records, and operate independently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial safety.
  • 4–6 years of experience with electrical/mechanical equipment, including hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and instrumentation.
  • Competence in reading blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical plans.
  • Knowledge of industrial math, applied geometry, and practical trigonometry.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, report writing, and bench work.
  • Previous exposure to water purification systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software.
  • Ability to travel extensively (80–100%) and work independently in various field environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
